About Sara

I am a non binary theatre maker based in Wales. I have worked on stage, TV and online. In my own artistic practice have a strong focus on game theatre. The interactive nature of this form excites me because it celebrates the liveness of performance. Anything can happen when the audience is allowed to play rather than watch. Playing together has well documented benefits for social connection and greater satisfaction in life. Using that to help us come out of the pandemic and create a more empathetic society is part of what drives my work.

I am also an experienced facilitator/tutor having worked with Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Hijinx Theatre, Sherman Theatre, the Cynefin Project and many more.

Finally, I have a deep love for physical theatre which I express through my aerial circus practice.
